Esta serie de pinturas al óleo está inspirada en todas aquellas personas a las que le dieron plantón un día de San Valentín. Ni una llamada, ni un whatsapp, ni un mail... Ahí estaban ellos, sintiendo la soledad más absoluta en una cafetería llena de gente.

This series of oil paintings is inspired by all those people who were jilted up on Valentine's Day. Not a call,
not a whatsapp, not an email.... There they were, feeling the most absolute loneliness in a cafeteria full of people. In Spain we use the expression ''dejar plantado'' for this type of situation.(literally, to leave someone planted in the ground like a flower in a flowerpot)
